Terms and Conditions for PadhoBharat

Welcome to PadhoBharat! By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our platform and services. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

For Teachers:

1. By creating a tutor profile on PadhoBharat, you agree to receive SMS and email alerts for class inquiries based on your profile. To unsubscribe, log in and update your preferences under "My Account."

2. Tutors must submit valid address proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License), two recent passport-size photographs, and proof of their highest educational qualification.

3. Tutors must strictly engage in tutoring activities and avoid fraudulent practices, such as charging for college/school admissions or engaging in deceptive proposals.

4. Any fraudulent activity against students or PadhoBharat will result in legal action.

5. Tutors must promptly update any changes to their address or phone number and provide identification proof to clients upon request.

6. PadhoBharat reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any terms at any time.

7. Tutors are expected to be punctual, professional, and appropriately dressed for trial and regular classes.

For Parents/Students:

1. PadhoBharat helps you find a suitable tutor but does not guarantee success in any exams or tests.

2. Tutors must be treated with respect and dignity.

3. The final decision to hire a tutor rests with you.

4. Tutors will only conduct classes if at least one parent is present in the house.

5. Parents may request identity and qualification proof from tutors before starting classes. However, PadhoBharat does not guarantee document verification.

6. It is recommended to make tuition payments through our platform. We process tutor payments after class confirmation from you. If you pay tutors directly and disputes arise, PadhoBharat is not responsible.

7. PadhoBharat does not guarantee student progress and is not liable for any theft or misconduct by tutors. Parents should monitor tutoring sessions.

8. If you disagree with these terms, kindly refrain from using our platform.

9. PadhoBharat reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.

Legal Conditions:

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable amendments. It does not require physical or digital signatures.

It is published under Rule 3 (1) of the IT (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, outlining rules, privacy policy, and terms of use for https://www.padhobharat.com (the "Platform"), including mobile sites and applications.

The platform is owned by Anoop Bhargav, registered under the Companies Act, 1956, with its office at Barkherwa LakhimPur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Platform Owner").

By using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use:

• Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under their registered account.
• PadhoBharat does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of content and is not liable for errors.
• Users access the platform and services at their own risk.
• Unauthorized use of the platform may result in legal action.
• Platform content is proprietary and protected; users have no claim over intellectual property.
• Fees for services must be paid as per applicable policies.
• The platform and services must not be used for unlawful activities.
• Third-party website links may be included for convenience; PadhoBharat is not responsible for their content.
• Transactions on the platform form a binding contract between the user and the Platform Owner.
• Users agree to indemnify PadhoBharat against legal claims arising from policy violations.
• Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events.
• Disputes shall be governed by Indian laws and fall under the jurisdiction of LakhimPur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh courts.
